Will you sell out/should I register early?
Yes, this race has SOLD OUT early every year! It is in your best interest to register on opening day to guarantee a spot. Online registration opens August 1st 8am (PST) every year!

Is there a wait-list if the race fills?
No. In talking with other race organizers, we found this to be a ton of extra work.  We typically overfill a bit and keep it at that. We're sorry.

Can I get a refund?
We understand that plans change and circumstances happen, but entry fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds once registration transactions are processed. Please realize that events cost a lot of money to put on and early entry fees are used way in advance of race day for the logistics planning and supplies needed. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I transfer my entry to someone else or to another distance?
No. Sorry we do not transfer to others. When you registered you accepted the waiver and agreement. The waiver is for the registered participant ONLY. We cannot swap your pre registered entry to another distance due to each and every race has a limit and we cannot exceed those limits per race. This race sells out month's in advance and there are limits on each distance.

Are walkers allowed to participate?
Yes in the Half Marathon or 7 mile race only...We encourage all abilities to participate in our events! However if you choose to walk, you are NOT guaranteed to make the awards/prizes/raffle or have any hot food or coffee left after the event. Also course volunteers/photographers/staff may start packing up before you finish. This is your warning but we definately do not discourage anyone from wanting to walk.

Where can I pick up my race packet?
Packet pick up takes place at the race start/finish area. Packet pickup starts friday night from 5-8pm and each morning before the start of the races! Look for the Packet pickup signs! You are allowed to pickup race packets for others.
