Per park rules and safety, we have to implement cut off times for some of the races.
At the noted times, volunteers will close down the aid station and not allow runners to continue on the course. North falls aid station volunteers can drive any runners back or a shuttle van can pickup. Please realize that the cut off times are for the benefit of the many volunteers so that they are not out longer than what is reasonable and for the safety of participants.
Walking the entire course not allowed in both the 50k and marathon distances. Brisk walkers are allowed in the 5k, 7 miler and half marathon races.
5K – 1.5 hour cutoff time 6:00 pm
7 Miler – 3 hour cutoff time 12:15 pm
Half Marathon – 4 hour cutoff time 1:15 pm
